My name is Tim Dow. I have played rugby at both amateur and professional levels. With four kids all in sport, I know how important clubs are, and how tough it is to keep them going.
After rugby, I worked in the Rugby Union helping clubs become more sustainable. I saw firsthand the constant fight for funding.
